They even had our room ready for an early check-in at 1pm. The hotel had modern facilities and our room was clean and comfortable. We also appreciated the convenient location, as it was close to the airport and had easy access to downtown Florence. The hotel provided a shuttle service for transportation, which was a great bonus.
